We have a paradigm for muscle and cardio fitness, but can you think of a paradigm for bone and joint health? We have the physiology for bone health the same as we have the underlying mechanics for muscle strength and fitness; we don't know it. This class addresses much of the body on the floor and standing. With peace as the goal, it's remarkable how well the body responds to healing pressure. Instead of pushing, resisting, or avoiding, we go deep. Like sinking a spoon into a jar of honey, we find our way to the bottom. With practice and time, we can resolve anything.
